Laura ter Steeg is renowned for her convincing performances in the courtroom. She won various prizes in mock trial competitions, including the title of Best Young Criminal Defense Lawyer in 2018. Outside of the courtroom, Laura ter Steeg distinguishes herself from other lawyers through critical analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in criminal law with distinction at Utrecht University. During her studies, she worked as a clerk at the court in the criminal law section. She started her career as a criminal defense lawyer at the firm Ficq & Partners, where she gained experience in extensive criminal investigations. In 2020, Panorama magazine proclaimed her as part of the “next generation of genius criminal lawyers”.

Dino Bektesevic excels in complex cases, which he explains to clients in a clear and accessible manner. As an attorney, he represents clients in significant proceedings, including fraud and Supreme Court (cassation) cases. Colleagues frequently engage him as second counsel because of his expertise.
He completed both the Togamaster and the Master’s in Criminal Law (cum laude) at Erasmus University. At the request of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, he conducted internal research into the selection of cassation cases.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Dino teaches criminal (procedural) law at the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law Sciences at Utrecht University and within the Bar Training Programme. He also serves on the committee of the Dutch Bar Association that advises the legislature on criminal law proposals, and on the editorial board for Advocacy of the academic journal Delikt & Delinkwent. In 2025, he was a member of a committee that, on behalf of the Bar Association, examined the rule of law implications of political party manifestos.

Lotte Weyers is a committed lawyer who is characterized by a careful and thorough approach to her cases. As a result of her experience at court and other criminal law firms she is quickly able to take ownership of a case.
Lotte obtained her bachelor’s degree (cum laude) and master’s degree in criminal law from Utrecht University. After her studies, she was involved in numerous criminal cases as a senior legal counsel at the court of Midden-Nederland. After this, she made the switch to become a lawyer. Because of her work experience, Lotte knows the methods of a judge and in what way he reaches a verdict. Lotte now uses this experience to help her clients in the best way possible.
