Laura ter Steeg is renowned for her convincing performances in the courtroom. She won various prizes in mock trial competitions, including the title of Best Young Criminal Defense Lawyer in 2018. Outside of the courtroom, Laura ter Steeg distinguishes herself from other lawyers through critical analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in criminal law with distinction at Utrecht University. During her studies, she worked as a clerk at the court in the criminal law section. She started her career as a criminal defense lawyer at the firm Ficq & Partners, where she gained experience in extensive criminal investigations. In 2020, Panorama magazine proclaimed her as part of the “next generation of genius criminal lawyers”.

Dino Bektesevic has talent to distinguish between main and side issues enabling him to quickly prioritize and address critical matters. He excels in complex legal cases, which he manages to explain to clients in a simple and accessible way.
He completed the ‘Togamaster’ and master’s in Criminal Law (with distinction) at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Dino Bektesevic started his career as a criminal defense lawyer at De Roos & Pen, after which he switched to Ficq & Partners. At both firms, he gained experience as a criminal lawyer working on high-profile cases, including fraud and Supreme Court cases. Moreover, Dino is an author of scientific articles and a lecturer in the field of criminal law.
